My poor little blog has been neglected for quite awhile I see! The E-News seems to always be in the front of the line of importance. Now that the holidays are behind us, I'm hoping in 2019 I will give equal attention to my blog.
A favorite weekly exercise is to participate in Paint Party Friday, which I've also been absent from for awhile. Since I'm heading to Florida soon, I'm sure to have plenty of painting time there more so than here in New York.
One of this week's E-News topics was on finding those unused background papers that are stuffed in a drawer and making them into finished cards. I had so much fun picking out roughly six different pieces and adding layers to them with my Stampendous mixed media stamps. The final step was to doodle over the top to create a finished piece. What a great exercise!
