Watercolor Card Making Fun!

It felt soooooo good to have time to watercolor today!  I began this card one way and it took a u-turn while in the process, (which doesn't surprise me in the least).  I took a photo of the halfway point.  Here's the pivotal moment of whether to add pen or not to add pen...

Now that I've penned the card, I guess I could have left it as is, but I just don't have the confidence like I do when designing stamped cards.  So, for now, I go with my trusty Copic pen.

I'm completely happy with the finished card!  I ended up splattering with Memories Mists Bright Gold (Superior). Sentiment is Hope (Concord & 9th) inked with Black Jack (Catherine Pooler Designs) using the Misti tool.  Paper (Strathmore).

Thanks for stopping by!

xoxo

Beautiful, Lyn. I'm with you. Sometimes that little bit of ink makes all the difference.

Beautiful Lyn. I like it both ways. Guess I would do it again and have one of each.
