Okay, ready for my project today?
The card base is cut 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 and scored at 4-1/4. The green panel is 5 x 3-3/8. The colored Furry Friends panel is cut down to 4-1/2 x 2-7/8. Both panels are affixed with 3M ATG 1/4" tape runner and mounted slightly to the right to allow room for the May Arts lace trim and gingham ribbon.
The heart is cut from an Accucut diecutting machine. The Stampendous sentiment and holly is from the Perfectly Clear Stamp Set called Holiday Expressions and is stamped with Tsukineko Versafine Onyx Black. Holly was colored in with Zig Wink of Stella Christmas Green and Red pens. Faber Castell Pitt Artist Pen Black 199 was used for the faux stitching. A hole was punched with a McGill 1/8" punch and affixed with a length of crotchet thread (my stash). It is held in place with a Scrapbook Adhesive Foam Mounting Square.
I hope you enjoyed my card today! I'd love you to leave me a comment before you hop to the next designer's blog. Thanks for stopping by!
