Adding water was right up my alley this week! I began with a smoosh technique onto an acrylic block with 3 rows of Distress Oxides. After liberally spritzing, I pressed the block onto Strathmore watercolor paper. While drying the panel, I spritzed it to create water drops.
The sentiment was stamped using The Misti. Rose was diecut onto watercolor paper and painted with Peerless Watercolors and then mounted with foam tape.
