My first project is the 3 Framed Boxes template. Each box has 3 different openings, a rectangle, a heart and a star. Since this is Day 10 with only 10 days left until Christmas Eve, I figured some of us might be in a time crunch right about now, so I made the boxes without the cutout frame or the inside pocket! I made 7 boxes in no time flat and you will see they are all decorated in exactly the same manner but with different papers and ribbon. I used Basic Grey's Aspen Frost and one sheet of PB&J.
A fond family Christmas tradition that my late father used to do was to tuck envelopes of money into the Christmas tree branches. This year I knew I wanted to tuck these little boxes containing gift cards (or lottery tickets!) into the tree branches just to keep the tradition going.
Here are closeups of each box:
As you can see, each box has a small strip of contrasting pattern paper on the side. Some strips are hand torn, some are border punched and some edges were left straight. Ribbon was tied around the box and a decorative punched shape was added to the ribbon. I really went the lazy route and added everyone's intial from my Thicker stash so I didn't have to do any writing!
The final project in our series is the 3d Fireplace Card template. I really had intended this to be a card but it morphed into a table-scape piece instead! You can certainly take ideas from this to create a card or a decorative project.
I used Bo Bunny papers and K&Company Tim Coffey chipboard stickers! To remove the adhesive from the stickers, I sprinkled powder on the back of all the stickers so they could be placed in a 3d manner with a hot glue gun. The inside of the fireplace actually has a second pattern paper panel to add a little more contrasting color. The mantel backboard also has an additional piece of pattern paper affixed as I didn't want the striped paper extending that far.
To create a fireplace 'grate' I taped black tulle to the inside of the fireplace opening. The rocking horse is pop dotted to create lots of dimension.
The holly, bird and sentiment were hand cut and mounted with foam tape.
Thank you for joining me on Day 10 of our final Creations by AR Christmas Days! The winner of Day 10 will be announced tomorrow on the AR Facebook page and AR Group on PCP.
The Grand Prize winner will also be announced tomorrow on the AR Facebook page and AR Group on PCP!
Warmest regards and holiday hugs!

OMG...I purchased this template last year and did a few "fireplace" cards for Christmas. I love what you did here with Tim's die cuts. He is one of my favorites. I used a lot of the Snowmen die cuts on the candy tube box that am sure we are all familiar with. He is a fabulous designer and am thrilled to see yet another project with his art work!
Off to order this one now! Vicki in Utah
